Privacy policy
What data ishyarov studio receives when you write to us or visit the site, why we need it and how to have it deleted.
This is a translation of the Russian policy; if the two differ, the Russian version applies.
Who processes your data
The data controller is David Ishyarov, self-employed (a professional income tax payer under Russian law), ishyarov studio (“we”). For any question about your data, write to ishyarov.me@gmail.com.
This policy covers the ishyarov.com website and our correspondence with you. We process personal data under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.
What data we receive
When you write to us on Telegram or by email: your name, email address or Telegram account, phone number if you share it, and what you tell us about your project.
When you visit the site: technical request data — IP address, browser and device details, page address, date and time. The hosting provider may record these in its logs.
The site has no forms, ads or visit counters, and it sets no cookies. We do not collect special categories of data (health, beliefs and the like) or biometric data.
Why
- To answer your message and discuss your project.
- To prepare a proposal and to sign and perform a contract if we start working together.
- To keep the site running and protect it.
We don’t send newsletters or ads.

- Your consent, which you give when you write to us; see the consent text.
- A contract you are or will be a party to.
- Running and securing the site — for technical request data.
How we process data
We collect, record, organise, store, update, use, block and delete data, with and without computers. Only we have access to it.
Correspondence goes through Telegram and email, so messages are also stored on those services’ servers under their rules. The site is hosted on Yandex Cloud.
We don’t share or sell data to third parties except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
As long as the purposes above require: correspondence while the discussion or project lasts, contract documents for as long as the law requires. Once the purpose is achieved or you withdraw consent, we delete the data within 30 days unless the law requires keeping it longer.
Your rights
You can:
- find out what data we hold about you and how we use it;
- ask us to correct, block or delete it;
- withdraw your consent;
- complain to Roskomnadzor (the Russian data protection authority) or a court if you believe we violate your rights.

How we protect data
We take legal, organisational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure and destruction. Only we have access to correspondence and documents.
Cookies
The site currently sets no cookies and uses no visit counters. Your browser’s local storage keeps only your choice in the cookie notice, so the notice doesn’t appear again.
If we add a visit statistics service such as Yandex Metrica, it will run only after you click “Accept” in the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
