Consent to personal data processing
The consent you give ishyarov studio when you write to us on Telegram or by email.
This is a translation of the Russian consent; if the two differ, the Russian version applies.
The rule is simple: by sending a message to the Telegram account or email address listed on the site, you consent to the processing of your personal data. The terms are below.
This consent applies when you write to us on Telegram or by email using the contacts on ishyarov.com. By sending a message, you confirm that you have read the privacy policy and freely, of your own will and in your own interest, consent to the processing of your personal data on the terms below, in accordance with Article 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.

David Ishyarov, self-employed (a professional income tax payer), ishyarov studio, ishyarov.me@gmail.com.
What data
Your name, email address, Telegram account, phone number if you share it, and the details of your task and project that you tell us.
Why
To answer your message, discuss the project, prepare a proposal, and sign and perform a contract.
What we may do with it
Collect, record, organise, accumulate, store, update, use, block, delete and destroy it, with and without automation. Transfer to third parties only where the law requires it.
Term
The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until you withdraw it.
How to withdraw
Write to ishyarov.me@gmail.com. After withdrawal we delete your data within 30 days unless the law requires keeping it longer.
